Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lack of cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and metabolic disorders limiting exercise Lack of high blood pressure Lack of regular exercise activity in the last 6 months Not receiving insulin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to perform exercises Having regular sports activities rather than research exercises

MeasureTime frame
Determine the levels of chemerin. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 12 weeks after the start of the training program. Method of measurement: Use of Luminescence quantitative and ELISA methods.;Determine the level of omentin.
