Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female children aged 8 to 12 with anxiety symptoms according to cut-off point of the Spence children's anxiety scale and with mild to moderate anxiety disorder not requiring drug therapy according to a DSM-5 based diagnostic interview by the child and adolescent psychiatrist
