Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: working as health provider(Khane Behdasht) Informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no consent to continue to study Unwilling to participate in the final exam More than two absentee at training sessions Community health workers that have not been in service for less than 8 months Those who do not have access to the Internet at their place of work Use of long-term leave such as maternity leave

Behvarz Educational Behavior Score in the Questionnaire. Timepoint: In this study, Behvarzes' educational behavior was measured before intervention and six months after intervention. Method of measurement: A questionnaire that will developed by the researchers during the study.
