Inclusion criteria: Nurses who have at least a bachelor's degree in nursing Nurses who participate in direct care of the patient and perform peripheral catheter insertion

MeasureTime frame
The nurses' knowledge score was measured by using a questionnaire including 10 questions. Timepoint: Measuring the knowledge of nurses before the intervention, immediately and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a researcher-made questionnaire that contains 10 questions.;The Nurses' skill score was measured by using an observational checklist. Timepoint: Measuring the skill of nurses before the intervention, immediately and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a researcher-made checklist that contains 13 items.
