Interventions

Intervention 1: The first Intervention group: 12 week strength exercises program consist of 90 min sessions in length 3 days per week under the supervision of an exercise specialist and includes stre
weeks 6-8: 18-20 repetitions per set
weeks 9-12: 25-30 repetitions per set) and 3-4 sets (1-min rest between sets).Thera-band exercise will be carry out with orange band exercises for 40- 45 min per session, 1-2 days per week with 8-30
weeks 9-12: 25-30 repetitions per set) and 3-4 sets(1-min rest between sets)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients simultaneously have both mild cognitive impairment and carotid artery thickness or atherosclerosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being undergo medication to treat cognitive impairment Have regular physical activity from six months before the beginning of the exercise Have respiratory disease and heart failure Have surgery from at least 6 months.
