Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 50>Age>18 Willingness to participate in the study and sign informed consent Definitive diagnosis of chronic kidney disease by nephrologist At least 6 months after the diagnosis of the disease Glomerular filtration rate less than 60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use aspirin and warfarin Lactation pregnancy Mental illness Having gallstones Usage of other complementary medicine methods Usage of other antioxidant treatment other than Nephrovit pills

MeasureTime frame
Olfactory threshold. Timepoint: Before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention in drug and placebo groups-Before intervention and 2 weeks after intervention in olfactory training group. Method of measurement: Minimum olfactory level based on standard kits questioner of Iran-SIT (Iran Smell Identification Test).
