Interventions

Intervention 1: Treatment group:Taking vitamin D tablets, 50000 units pill, 4 doses, each two week. Intervention 2: Control group:Taking placebo, 4 doses, each two week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conscious consent, Inclination to participate in the study, A definite diagnosis of chronic renal disease ESRD by renal specialist, at least 6 months past from diagnosis, no mental or physical illness (such as heart disease, severe depression, speech impairment or hearing loss), Non-use to use other complementary therapies, having minimum age 18 and maximum 60 years

Oxidative stress products such as CAT, SOD, GPx, MDA, PMNs. Timepoint: Before intervention, After intervention. Method of measurement: Biochemical methods.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Increased levels of antioxidant indices. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: laboratory kit and biochemical methods.
