Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 60 years; Constipated patients according to the constipation assessment scale; Constipation with no abdominal movements for three consecutive days; Absence of abdominal disorder and any abdominal discomfort; Complete willingness for participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If the conditions are critical for each sample during the study, they exclud from the study. People who do not have the desire and willingness to participate in the study during the study Patients with cognitive problems (dementia and ...) Has a colostomy history History of acute abdominal surgery (intestinal obstruction, peritoneal infection, rupture of the intestine, gastric ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, acute swelling around the organs, etc.)
