Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eighth grade girl's students They are studying in governmental high schools in Shiraz. Students tend to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to cooperate Not attending in the training sessions more than 2 sessions Not attending in the post-test Exit from the study due to a transfer of students from the school, leave the school or immigration from Shiraz.
