Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Patients 45 to 80 years old Candidate patients for coronary artery surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with physical conditions higher than grade 3, based on the classification of the American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA>3) Acute infection Steroid users Vascular problems Non-sinusoidal rhythm Complete branch block Myocardial infarction Recent third-degree block (in the last month) Severe pulmonary disease (based on the doctor's opinion and the use of pulmonary drugs) Kidney disorders (creatinine more than 1.5) Hematocrit less than 30% Discharge fraction less than 40%
