Interventions
Preoperative Radiotherapy: Patients first will receive radiation therapy at a mean dose of 50 Gy between 4 and 6 weeks and then undergo limb preservation surgery. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2
Postoperative Radiotherapy: Patients first will undergo limb preservation surgery by an orthopedic surgeon and receive radiation therapy with 60-66 Gy after surgical wound healing.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pathologically confirmed localized soft tissue sarcoma of the extremity Age = 18 years Performance status < 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Distant metastasis Pregnancy History of connective tissue diseases
