18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: No opioids, pain relievers, or fever medications within 6 hours before the procedure No observed impairments in speech, vision, hearing, or communication No pain Patients admitted for outpatient care Emergency department patients Patients requiring venipuncture
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe acute pain Decreased level of consciousness Patients presenting with pre-hospital emergencies
