Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI should be between 18 and 25. Should not be athlete. Age range should be between 20 to 50 years. The nursing staff suffering from backache as well as shoulder and neck pain. Nursing staff with fatigue.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a foot ulcer. Having peripheral neuropathy.
