Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients between 18 to 59 years old The average plasma level of cholesterol is less than 5 mmol/l or 200 mg/dl Blood triglyceride levels more than 200 mg/dL up to 499mg/dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The average of plasma cholesterol LDL level more than 4 mmol/l or 160 mg/dl Taking Stein drugs Taking Aspirin Secondary hypercholesterolemia hypothyroidism Obesity grade 3
