Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The person is willing to participate in the study. Age of person is 18 to 60 years old. The ulcer is due to second-degree burns with a slight thickness. Burning level is less than 3%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Local topical immunosuphores did not use within four weeks before starting treatment. Not be pregnant and lactating Does not have local infection. It does not suffer from excessive scalding and washing with water and detergents. Do not have immunosuppressive diseases. There is no possibility to follow the patient. Do not need to get a drug that interferes with the treatment. The patient is not able to perform treatment orders in the control and treatment groups. Do not have any cardiovascular and brain vascular disease. Except for patients requiring skin grafting for treatment. Burn dose not be in the face, hands, and genitals due to the sensitivity of these areas.
