Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having at least one back pain in one year and having pain intensity at the time of in one year and having pain intensity at the time of n 30% and 50% Having a permanent or alternate back pain for more than 3 months The ability to breathe naturally by examination and observation by the researcher in both groups Age over 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of cooperation or death of the patient Not attending training sessions after entering the research Lack of participation in therapeutic interventions

Timepoint: Measurement of job performance score before intervention and three months after intervention. Method of measurement: Williams & Anderson Business Performance Questionnaire.;Job Commitment Score in Alan Meyer's Commitment Questionnaire. The questionnaire has three dimensions: emotional, continuous, and normative. Timepoint: Measure the commitment score before the intervention and three months after the intervention.
