Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Peoples with knee genovarum Limb malalignment less than 20 degree Normal knee range of motion Absence of knee flexion contracture Normal knee ligaments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fracture in other limbs Open wound or infection Degenerative disease of knee joint Osteoarthritis of lateral and medial compartments Obese patients

MeasureTime frame
Knee assessment score. Timepoint: Evaluation of knee assessment score at beginning( before surgery) and 6 months later. Method of measurement: By knee society score questionnaire.;Union rate. Timepoint: Six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Clinical judgment and limb radiography.;Patella tilt. Timepoint: At beginning( before surgery) and 6 months later. Method of measurement: Insall salvati ratio; Blackburn peel ratio.

Infection. Timepoint: Six weeks and six months later. Method of measurement: Clinical judgment and positive culture and C-Reactive Protein (CRP) test.;Intra-articular fracture.
