Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients with basicervical femoral neck fracture undergo surgery by bipolar hemiarthroplasty method and compared with the control group 3 and 6 months after surger

Assessment of quality of life. Timepoint: Three and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Haris Hip Score.;Assessment of pain. Timepoint: Three and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue scale.	—
