Inclusion criteria: Basicervical femoral neck fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Re-operation of femoral neck fracture Other limb fractures

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of quality of life. Timepoint: Three and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Haris Hip Score.;Assessment of pain. Timepoint: Three and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Union. Timepoint: Three and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Radiography.;Infection. Timepoint: Six weeks;three months and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Clinical judgment; Positive culture;C-reactive protein.
