20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary consent to participate in the study Not flat feet People who have no history of back pain in the past 12 months No surgery on the hip Healthy people who are in the age range of 20-45 People who have the ability to stand for at least an hour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with congenital musculoskeletal disorders Surgery on the leg Any condition that have an impact on the foot and posture

Plantar pressure. Timepoint: Before intervention and after intervention. Method of measurement: in-shoe pressure.;Comfort. Timepoint: Every 12 minutes in an hour before the intervention and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale and Body map.
