Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participation in the study Diagnosis of diabetes in the last 5 years Body mass index <35

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Using insulin or oral agents inducing insulin secretion Smoking Pregnancy and lactation Using anti-psychotic drugs Taking antioxidant supplements within the past 3 months before the intervention Having a history of cancer, cardiovascular disease, renal, hepatic and thyroid disorders
