Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 65 years and older desire to participate and continue in research reading and writing literacy not having disabling physical problems
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Change of residence to another city Absence from more than one session of hope therapy Failure to complete the questionnaires Known psychological problems or sudden hospitalization Death of a relatives in the past three months
