Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Emergency Medical Operations Technicians Having Undergraduate Diploma or Bachelor of Emergency Medicine Do not have a trainee experience at the Trauma Management Workshop

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency care report forms transmitted to the Medical center by more than one patient by an ambulance
