Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with head trauma, based on the GCS, a level of consciousness of between 5 and 12 Patients with head trauma range from 15 to 65 years Patients with head trauma, which was 72 hours past their injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of fractures, ulcers, infections and skin disease in the wrist to the extremities of both fingers, limitation of movement of the lower limbs Lower limb amputees Patients who have a history of coma in the past have a sensory and neurological disorder, based on history records and history of diabetes

MeasureTime frame
Change in consciousness level based on GCS. Timepoint: Measurement of consciousness level of samples immediately before intervention, 1 and 3 hours after intervention with warm water and vibration and also its measurement in the control group. Method of measurement: Use Glasgow Cams Scale.
