Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 60 years old Lack of vision and hearing impairment being admitted to the hospital the day before surgery Candidate for elective abdominal surgery Lack of drug addiction Absence of acute respiratory illness and acute heart disease  Coronary Artery Not having chronic sleep disorder Not having cognitive impairment based on AMT Not having mental disorder Do not use drugs that affect sleep

MeasureTime frame
Assessing night sleep quality based on the score of the questionnaire on the quality of Sleep St. Mary's sleep quality and daily sleep quality based on the checklist. Timepoint: St. Mary's Hospital Sleep Quality Index will be completed on the morning of the day before the surgery at 8:00 am and on the morning after the surgery (48 hours) and the fourth day after the operation (96 hours). At the same time, the daily sleep rate is evaluated using a checklist, which completes the daily sleep checklist by patients. Method of measurement: St. Mary's Hospital Sleep Quality Index includes a Likert scale and fill in the vacancy for the question. Questions about the amount of sleep day and night, the depth of sleep, the quality of sleep, the amount of satisfaction with sleep, the amount of waking and alertness, the number of waking hours during sleep. The scores of questions are between 10 and 50. A score of up to 10 indicates a lack of sleep disorder and a score of 10 to 22, a low sleep disorder, and a score of 23 to 36, a moderate sleep disorder, and a score of 37 to 50, severe sleep disorder. Daily sleep scoring is evaluated using a checklist, which completes the daily checklist by patients. The 8-item checklist for daily sleep (taking caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, having activity, taking sleep and sleep medication Being infected throughout the day) and 6 questions about nighttime sleep (time off the lights, waking up, feeling the person about enough sleep, sleep quality, number of hours of sleep).
