Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All of the preterm neonates with 30 - 36 weeks of gestational age 800 - 2500 gram neonates Neonates with respiratory distress syndrome at Bojnourd Bentolhoda Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates of addicted mothers Neonates with less than 800 and more than 2500 gram weight Patients with less than 30 and more than 36 weeks of gestational age Parental dissatisfaction Neonates of mothers with severe hypertension and chorioamnionitis Very ill patients
