Intervention 1: Intervention group: First, the files of children aged 6 to 10 will be separated from those available at the special clinic of Imam Ali Hospital (AS) and Imam Reza Hospital of Bojnourd

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children with chronic diseases, including chronic pulmonary, cardiovascular, renal, diabetic, and neurological conditions. Their age is between 6 and 10 years. Informed consent is obtained from the parents.

MeasureTime frame
Treatment adherence. Timepoint: Treatment adherence rate before and one month after intervention. Method of measurement: The Morisky Medication Adherence Questionnaire consists of eight questions. The total score from these questions is classified into three categories: high medication adherence, moderate medication adherence, and low medication adherence.
