Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Badminton players are between the ages of 10 and 40. Presence of flat foot deformity confirmed by clinical or standard assessment. Foot Posture Index (FPI) less than 0.6 or Staheli Arch Index greater than 0.89. Navicular drop test result greater than 10 mm. No history of serious treatment for flat foot deformity. No history of major surgery affecting the neuromuscular or skeletal systems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent from the participants or her parents to participate in the study. Presence of underlying medical conditions such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, or other chronic diseases. Development of any condition during the study that prevents the student from walking. Congenital or acquired neuromuscular or skeletal disorders unrelated to flat feet. Concurrent participation in any other physical therapy or corrective exercise programs for foot disorders. Severe balance disorders or inability to perform corrective exercises. Use of medications that affect balance or muscular performance. Irregular attendance in training sessions or measurement appointments.

Arch of the foot. Timepoint: It is evaluated at the beginning of the research and after 8 weeks, that is, before and after the treatment. Method of measurement: Staheli Index is used to measure the medial longitudinal arch of the foot.;Dynamic balance. Timepoint: It is evaluated at the beginning of the research and after 8 weeks, that is, before and after the treatment. Method of measurement: The star balance test is used.;Functional Movement. Timepoint: It is evaluated at the beginning of the research and after 8 weeks, that is, before and after the treatment. Method of measurement: Functional Movement Screening (FMS) Test.
