Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being hospitalized at least 48 hours in the ICU wards at Haftome Tir hospital Having someone to take care of the patient at home (anonymous and homeless patients are excluded from the study) The ability of hearing of caregiver The ability and willingness to cooperate with researcher The ability to speak and understanding the persian language No history of psychological problems or known anxiety disorders based on history and self-declaration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refuse to continue cooperation Filling out the questionnaires incompletely way Patient's death during the study period (two months) Failure to fill out the registration form completely and lack of continuity in responding pursuance of call. (three unanswered calls)

MeasureTime frame
Satisfaction of home caregivers of discharged patients from ICU. Timepoint: Caregivers' Satisfaction of discharged patients from ICU at the beginning of the study and within discharging time and two months after discharging. Method of measurement: Researcher's made questionnaire to assess the satisfaction of caregivers of discharged patients from ICU.
