Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Access to mobile or landline Ability to understand and speak Persian Have a history of heart attack and are being hospitalized The patient is alert The patient has no physical, mental, and motor disabilities Age is less than 75 years old The patient is not blind or deaf Confirmation of MI Diagnosis by Cardiologist Pass over 24 hours after admission patients

MeasureTime frame
Daily activity level of life. Timepoint: Measuring the status of daily activities of patients before intervention (at baseline) in both intervention and control groups and 12 weeks later. Method of measurement: Using the ADL-IADL questionnaire.
