Interventions

Intervention 1: In the intervention group 1, which is located in the CCU section of Imam Hassan Bojnourd Hospital, SBAR's training to nurses will be asked to complete the Nursing Care Quality Question

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient is alert. -The patient has reading literacy. -The patient will have the ability to understand and speak Persian. - The patient has the ability to complete the questionnaire. -The patient is not traumatized.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have complained of drinking alcohol and have no mental balance. The patient is intubation. The patient has a mental problem and fluent drug use.

Design outcomes

Measure	Time frame
Quality of nursing care. Timepoint: Before starting the intervention, 2 times will be measured. Then 3 days later the re-intervention will be measured 2 times. Method of measurement: QUALPAC questionnaire.	—
