40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are candidates for CABG and taking ACE inhibitors and ARBs for at least 4 weeks CABG candidate patients with EF less than 40%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal failure Any contraindications to the use of vasopressin and norepinephrine Emergency surgery Off CPB surgery balloon pump insertion

Plasma cystatin C levels. Timepoint: Before surgery, when off the pump, and 6 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Measurement by immunoassay method.;Plasma creatinine levels. Timepoint: Before surgery, when off the pump, and 6 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Plasma level measurement by Jaffe reaction using alkaline picrate.
