Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults candidate for cardiac surgery Ejection Fraction(EF) >20%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to dexmedetomidine Taking preoperative antipsychotic drugs Lack of patient cooperation and satisfaction History of delirium, neuropsychiatric disorders and seizures Emergency operation
