Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients (without age restriction) who suffer from corneal limbal stem cell defect and have not responded to initial treatment. The patient's severe need to correct the vision of one eye due to bilateral conflict.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The normality of corneal surface cells in corneal surface examination Suffering from diseases such as hepatitis and AIDS Having advanced glaucoma and the need to use several eye drops Any other eye disease that, despite clear cornea, prevents vision improvement
