Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 17 to 50 years BMI>40 Duration of surgery less than 4 hours Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria: Having chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) Having intestines adhesion Smoking Alcohol consumption
