Inclusion criteria: Patient consent Cholesystectomy for first time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of addiction during 24 hours before surgery Absence of allergic reaction to drugs Absence of addiction of alcohol and drugs Absence of chronic pain disorder Absence of neurological disease or chronic usage of steroids

Measure	Time frame
Pain that means anything bothers patients physically and mentally. Timepoint: Ricovery and 2,8,24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: visual analogue scale.	—
