Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having 60 years of age and above Acceptable hearing Ability to speak Persian Reading and writing literacy Not having cognitive impairment Physical ability to attend sessions Having the consent to participate in the study Having insomnia problem Lack of sleep medications Not having known depression based on medical diagnosis Absence of chronic respiratory and coronary diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Missing more than one meeting Acute illness leads to admission during the study Experience of severe familial crises during the study Depression during the study Using Overdose Drugs Unwillingness to cooperate

Insomnia. Timepoint: Insomnia test before and after the intervention and the end of intervention and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Insomnia Questionnaire Maureen.
