Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consent of patients and their caregivers to participate in the study Confirmation of the definitive diagnosis of cancer and its metastatic nature by a specialist doctor Age range 18-60 years, for caregiver Not having a history of caring for a cancer patient in the past

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue cooperation Occurrence of acute illness or any other new illness in the caregiver or the patient under the caregiver's supervision Caregiver suffering from chronic diseases during the study Non-cooperation of health personnel center Participation in similar training classes Using supportive methods other than routine treatments performed in the hospital

Self-efficacy. Timepoint: 3 months, a week before, a month after. Method of measurement: The self-efficacy questionnaire of Ritter et al. is used by caregivers of cancer patients.;Integrated care. Timepoint: 3 months, a week before, a month after. Method of measurement: by the treatment staff, which is being carried out in the network structure and in comprehensive urban health centers under the supervision of universities of medical sciences and the Ministry of Health.
