Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least one year of work experience in the hospital. Earn score less than 63 from the questionnaire At least a bachelor's degree in nursing. Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses with experience in the operating room. Nurses with less than one year work experience in a hospital. Nurses who teach for nursing students.
