Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 12–36 months Mild to moderate sleep problems General good health No sleep-affecting medications in past 2 weeks No known allergy to herbal products or shampoo Parental consent and ability to complete BISQ
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to lavender Moderate to severe dermatologic conditions Neurological or developmental disorders affecting sleep Significant acute or chronic medical conditions impacting sleep
