Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 12 to 45 Uncomplicated sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus Satisfaction for participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infection or abscess in pilonidal sinus History of pilonidal sinus surgery Unsatisfaction for participate in the study

Measure	Time frame
Degree of pain. Timepoint: 12 & 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: VAS measurement.;Wound healing time. Timepoint: With in 1 month after surgery. Method of measurement: Clinical examination.;Recurrency. Timepoint: 1 & 3 month after surgery. Method of measurement: Physical examination.	—
