Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All Patient have Higher than 18 years age with Dyspepsia & Hp Positive
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recently had Hp eradication therapy Hypersensitivity to Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin or Metronidazol History of Uncontrolled Cardiac, Renal, Hepatic or Glandular diseases History of Gastrointestinal Surgery History of Malignancies Pregnancy or Lactation
