Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients received Sequential regimen(Amoxicillin 500mg 2cap.BD, Pantoprazol 40mg 1tab.BD, for first 5 days then Clarithromycin 500mg 1caplet.BD, Metronidazol 500mg

Inclusion criteria: All Patient have Higher than 18 years age with Dyspepsia & Hp Positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recently had Hp eradication therapy Hypersensitivity to Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin or Metronidazol History of Uncontrolled Cardiac, Renal, Hepatic or Glandular diseases History of Gastrointestinal Surgery History of Malignancies Pregnancy or Lactation
