Intervention 1: Intervention group: in this group, each patient will receive two soft gel capsules of 5mg Melatonin after dinner a long with other anti pruritus treatments for 2 weeks (first phase). A

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hemodialysis Patients equal and more than 18 years old with uremic pruritus Obtain informed consent Patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with seizure who have taking anti epileptic drugs. Patients with history of melatonin intolerance or allergy reactions to melatonin. Pregnancy and lactation Drug- drug intractions with other medications"anticoagulants,fluvoxamine,immunosappressive drugs" Patients with itchy-dermatology disease, liver disease and cancer Sensitive jobs require high concentration

MeasureTime frame
Severity of pruritus. Timepoint: At the baseline (before intervention) and at the end of 2th, 3th and 5th weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: 12-Item Pruritus Severity Scale.;Severity of pruritus. Timepoint: At the baseline(before intervention) and at the end of 2th, 3th and 5th weeks of intervention.
