Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being motivated to be a health volunteer and agreeing to perform an educational intervention Have at least one year of work experience Health volunteers covered by health centers Having suitable physical condition in voluntary service work
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than two sessions in intervention training programs No age limit for research intervention training programs. Physical inability to participate in the educational intervention program Lack of conditions for health services (Ministry of Health or Red Crescent or Welfare)

Method of measurement: With a questionnaire according to the Information, Motivation and Behavioral Skills (IMB) model, first perform a pre-test, then teach by lecturing through a training site, and after a group discussion, prepare for natural disasters, and then take a post-test and examine the skills and motivation variables in the intervention group.
