Inclusion criteria: Aged range 16-60 years Requiring maxillary teeth extraction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having drug intolerance Pregnant women Having uncontrolled systemic disease Mental retardation Having oral infections

MeasureTime frame
Palatal anesthesia. Timepoint: every 2 minutes over 1 hour after intervention. Method of measurement: Based on the questionnaire.
