Intervention 1: Intervention group: paracetamol: In the first group, after entering the recovery, morphine 0.3mg/kg + paracetamol 2mg was poured into the PCA pump and its volume was increased to 100cc

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Candidates for laminectomy surgery in Isfahan Family Hospital 2. Patients aged 18-70 years 3.Patients did not receive painkillers during 6 hours before surgery 4. Patient satisfaction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to any of the drugs used in the study 2. History of seizures 3. Patient dissatisfaction 5. Intraoperative opioid intake 6. Psychosis and somatoform diseases
