Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students who have primary dysmenorrhea Students who drink less than 8 glass of water( totally 1600 milliliter)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of medical disease like renal, heart, respiratory disease or diabet; Uterine disorders like myoma and endometriosis; Suffering from secondary dysmenorrhea.
