Primary Dysmenorrhea. Pain and other conditions associated with female genital organs and menstrual cycle

Interventions

Intervention 1: Control group: The placebo is receiving 500 mg capsules of starch daily for 2 months. Intervention 2: Intervention group: curcumin capsule containing 500 mg Turmeric daily for 2 month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be single Regular mensturation no record of major psychological diseases Not having chronic diseases or genital tract Insensitive to herbal medicine Not performing professional exercise and exposure to stressor in the last 6 months Non-specific treatment to relieve symptoms of dysmenorrhea over the past 3 months having of regular menstrual cycles and pain score more than 3 on the visual analog scale (VAS)

Pain intensity. Timepoint: Before intervention, immediately after intervention and one month after intervention. Method of measurement: Based on the Visual Analuoge Scale pain intensity.
