Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consent for participation in the study The pregnant women at the age of 18-35 years old referred to Isfahan health care centers Pre- pregnancy BMI between 18.5 and higher Gestational age 15 weeks Singleton pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed mental health problem such as anxiety, depression, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) BMI higher than 30 kg/m²
