Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having an age of 18 to 85 years having a kidney disease end stage and referring to the hemodialysis department regularly 3 times a week, and dialysis at least 3 hours more than a year since the onset of the first dialysis a non-pregnant woman Regarding the age of the menstrual period serum ferritin is greater than 100 micrograms per deciliter Dosage of phosphate bunders is fixed at the earliest possible month the dose of erythropoietin is between 50-200 units / kg / week
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute infection gastrointestinal bleeding history of malignancy pregnancy
