Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The last menstrual period has been in the last 6 months There is no change in your menstrual cycle, hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, unusual vaginal dryness, increased irritability, forgetfulness, or changes in bladder control. There is currently no measurement of bone density from the pelvis and spine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of bilateral oophorectomy or hysterectomy pregnancy or planning pregnancy at study entry history of breast cancer

Preventive behaviors of osteoporosis. Timepoint: In before of educational intervention, 2 weeks after and 2 months of after educational intervention. Method of measurement: By questionnaire 1-Prevention intentions questionnaire 2-Behaviors questionnaire 3-Interventions follow-up questionnaire.
